Only one block from UCSB campus and two blocks from the beach, this is the perfect apartment for a quarter sublease if you are on international exchange/study abroad or in between leases! High ceilings with lots of natural light give it an open, bright feel, and there's plenty of storage for surfboards, wetsuits, or any other adventure supplies on the private balcony. The apartment, Unit D, is on the end of the complex so only shares one wall and has more windows, plus you will only have one (girl) roommate! A minute walk from the Bagel Cafe, Woodstocks, IV Co-Op, and other iconic local institutions. Getting to any of the beaches, parks, or trails in and around IV is a breeze on foot or by bike. There is convenient bike parking included at the rack in the driveway of the complex. If you'd like to take the bus to campus, Goleta, or downtown Santa Barbara, there is a bus stop only a block away. If you have a car, street parking is readily available, I do it and have always been able to find a spot close to the apartment, and getting to downtown Goleta or Santa Barbara is super easy. No in-complex laundry but the laundromat is a 1 minute walk just around the corner. The fridge in the kitchen is new as of this year and all appliances work super well. Hardwood in living room and hallway, tiled bathroom and balcony, linoleum kitchen floor and carpeted bedroom. Furniture is included and very cute, an awesome couch, coffee table, kitchen table and chairs. Option to have bed frame, study desk, and chair for during the lease or have them removed.
