  Hi there, my name is Kendrick and I am currently a 2nd year undergrad living at Hollister Villages (behind the Camino Real Marketplace) in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a kitchen. I am currently looking for one roommate to live with me in the master bedroom. One of the bathrooms is connected directly to the master bedroom. There will also be one person in the other room and another person in the living room area. The rent will be $950 + utilities and has laundry in the apartment unit.   Hi all, I am a transfer student from Moorpark College starting at UCSB in the fall of 2025. I am hoping to share a home in IV starting in the Fall of 2025. I'm in my 3rd year of studying archaeology, and hope to obtain my bachelors after two years at UCSB. I work at the Carpinteria Skate Park during the summers, so living in SB through the summer of 2026 is a possibility for me.   Hi! I live in a studio apartment in the Plaza Lofts and I'm looking for 1 roommate to share it with me this summer and for the upcoming school year. The rent is $1400/month (utilities included). - Already mostly furnished. Laundry on site! - 2 blocks from campus, and centrally located in IV. Instant access to stores and restaurants- IV Market are the Food Co Op are a 1-2 minute walk! Super convenient location. - The Plaza Lofts is a private, secure building with multiple security cameras throughout and requires a key fob to get into the building. I feel very safe and secure here. It's also a quiet building, so perfect if you're studious! I've never been disturbed by my neighbors or anything like that. - The apartment is newly updated with a large bathroom, marble countertops, and a concrete floor. It's a super easy space to keep clean and I am pretty tidy! It also comes with a TV. - There is a large balcony overlooking the park, and there's a bit of an ocean view! - There are parking permits available. No pets are allowed in the building. - I've only had great experience with the landlords/managers. I've never needed any major repairs, and even the couple minor things I've needed fixed, they got to it within a day. - I usually wake up between 7-9 am and sleep between 10pm-12am. I'm mostly out and about during the daytime- I usually only spend extended periods of time in the apartment in the evenings. I'm a very studious person but I also like to go out sometimes. I also like to have my girlfriend over sometimes and am totally okay if you have friends or a partner that also hang out sometimes!   Hello Guys, My friends and I have a lease signed at 6651 Abrego and are looking to fill the last room in our house for the 2025/2026 year in a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house. We are all outdoorsy people who love surfing, hiking, and playing sports. The vibe we want to create is a very mellow house that throws kickbacks with our good friends, grills food once a week, and goes on cool surf trips on the weekends. The idea is to have a good house to sleep in while still being able to party on DP on the weekends. The room is giant and will be a triple at $970 a person for a total of 2900. We agreed that if two friends want a giant double, then we would cover some of the price, bringing it down to $1300 each $1600 total if made into a double.
