  Hi! We are looking for a quiet and clean person to take over a one-year lease. The rent is $ 1163 + utilities (between $50 and $100). The house is located in Old Tow, closer to Fairview Avenue. Around a 20-minute total commute to UCSB by bus. Advantages: quiet and clean roommates. Nearby bus stops, many restaurants and businesses, and mini-supermarkets (with low prices!). Plenty of storage space in the house. A parking spot can be shared between two people, but the preference is for the new housemate without a need for a parking spot.
