      • Hi! I'm Alex, a second year Bio major looking for a roommate in Tropicana Gardens. Currently I'm in a double, but my roommate just left and I was hoping someone else would be willing to take his spot? The room costs $6,700 per quarter, includes a wide range of on-site amenities (meal plan, utilities, etc.), and is next to a café at which meal swipes can be used (also on site). The building is on a bus line, is roughly a 20 minute walk to the middle of campus, and is REALLY close to athletics facilities in case you're an athlete! There's also a pool, a nice lobby with a piano, and several places to store bikes, park cars, or otherwise transport yourself to/from campus or around IV/Goleta in general.
