  Hi everyone! I will begin my Master's and PhD studies at Gevirtz Graduate School of Education this Fall Quarter. I am looking for potential roommates to secure off-campus housing with, and hoping to move to Santa Barbara by the summer. A little about me: I like a clean, peaceful living space but have no problem whatsoever with company/overnight guests! I love spending time outdoors, meeting new people from around the world (and learning as much of their language as possible), and staying active. Since I will be moving from across the country, my ability to check out listings is very limited. However, for this first year in Santa Barbara I am not super picky about the space we ultimately choose.   Hi Everyone! My name is Honeymiel and I am third year transfer majoring in Psychological & Brain Sciences. I am URGENTLY looking for someone to take over my lease at State On Campus Santa Barbara from January 11-August 31st. The lease will be about $1,509 including furniture and utilities. The apartment complex is pet-friendly and they also have pools and laundry outside. It is a 2x2 (2 bedrooms in each of the two rooms and 1 bathroom) The reason why I am moving out is due to my mental health and I was currently living alone. I'd also appreciate If someone could take over my lease for the 2025-2026 school year at ICON. This rent will be $1,794 and it is a 5x2 with a partition.
