One of them is occupied by a double they are really nice—and the other is the double (which you will be in). We also have a furnished living room with a TV and streaming services! A big plus is the meal plan that comes with your rent. You get 10 meals a week, so you don’t have to worry about cooking for more than half the week, which is very convenient. Other amenities include a small gym, pool, and community events. Tropicana Gardens is a good 10–15 minute walk from campus. The suite is relatively quiet, so if that’s something you’re looking for, this is perfect for you! I’m looking to have this filled soon in January. The winter quarter is already paid for!
