I'm Lily, preferably looking for housing within ~2-3 miles of UCSB :) I’m transferring to UCSB this fall as a junior in Psychological & Brain Sciences B.S. major, coming from Butte college/ Chico area. I have strong focus on academics, but I also love having a balanced lifestyle. I’m hoping to find a private bedroom in a shared place with respectful and friendly housemates. I don’t mind sharing common areas and would love to be part of a space where people are generally clean and considerate. A little about me: I love to cook, and I’m always trying new recipes. I like to stay active, whether that’s participating in clubs, hitting the gym, or exploring the outdoors. I’d describe myself as friendly and social, but I do value time to myself to recharge and focus on school. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood along Cathedral Oaks, about a 10 min drive to UCSB and a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.   My current roommate is graduating and will be moving out by the end of May. Looking for a new roommate to take his bedroom. Rent is $1700/month (electric and internet separate) for a good sized personal bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath Pacific Oaks apartment. The apartment complex has great amenities -- pool area with hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and hammocks; fitness center; clubhouse; onsite laundry; and more! Pets are also welcome (there is a new dog park current being built), but they come with a pet fee. Large dogs over 75lbs not allowed.
